National History Day — Free Library Research Day

Students researching for their National History Day projects can find incredible and unique primary source collections in the H. Furlong Baldwin Library at MCHC. We invite 6th to 12th graders for a special opportunity to access original material including letters, maps, photographs, oral history interviews, and posters. Education and Library staff will provide guidance on research strategies, interpretation, and collection handling.

Registration is required to attend! Submissions must be received by November 12th. Maximum of six students per day. Under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent. Maryland or Mid-Atlantic history topics are strongly encouraged.
