Summer Sail Series—Wayfinding on the Water

All aboard! Join MCHC and Living Classrooms for a two-hour evening sail around Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Before satellites and radios, how did a boat stay on course? How are the land, water currents, and sky used to chart sailing routes? Aboard the buyboat MILDRED BELLE, attendees learn about the use of historical and contemporary wayfinding tools in navigating waterways and open ocean.

Refreshments and activities are included in the ticket price. Space is limited. Registration is required. Passengers under the age of 9 years old will not be allowed to sail.
