Description

A pamphlet containing the deed and agreement between the Roland Park Company and its president, Edward H. Bouton, for the Guilford suburb of Baltimore, Maryland. The Roland Park Company had purchased the Arunah S. Abell estate named Guilford in 1911, and Bouton would go on to oversee the development of the neighborhood that would be built there under the same name.
