Dress

Description

Silk minidress worn by Barbara P. Katz. When the miniskirt styles of the 1960s grew in popularity, long-time Baltimorean Barbara Katz declared she would never wear one. Despite this, Katz eventually gave into the trend and purchased this, her first minidress, designed by Pierre Cardin. From that moment on, Katz embraced higher hemlines.
