William Pinkney (1764-1822)

Description

Portrait of Maryland politician William Pinkney who held a variety of positions in the late 18th and early 19th century. He served in the Maryland House of Delegates, as a U.S. Congressman, as Mayor of Annapolis, in the Maryland State Senate, and also as Attorney general for Pennsylvania and Maryland.
