Picketing at City Hall

Description

Men and women wearing sandwich boards protest on the sidewalk outside of City Hall in Baltimore, Maryland, demonstrating against a plan to turn McCulloh Street into a one-way thoroughfare. One woman holds a sign that reads, “Mister Mayor, you increase our assessments but all we get is heavy traffic noise and accidents!” An automobile is parked on the street in front of the building and Zion Lutheran Church is in the background.
