Sam’s Billiards

Description

The artist has captured a scene of construction workers doing roadwork in front of a storefront on a street corner. Two men lean on a fire hydrant holding a shovel and other tools. One man stands in a hole made in the street working on pipes while another man lifts a new pipe off a pile on the sidewalk. Other pedestrians walk by without looking at the scene.
