Tray

Description

Ornate, footed salver or tray, ca. 1762-1763, owned by Elizabeth Patterson Bonaparte (1785-1879), by English silversmith Ebenezer Coker ( -1783) (fI. 1738-1781). Elizabeth had the tray monogrammed "E P" years after it was made. It is unknown if she received the tray as a gift or purchased it second-hand.
