Section F.K. of Plan No. 1/Elevation D.P.F.L.N.O. of Plan No. 1

Description

Two elevations of proposed Capitol building with a central rotunda flanked by wings on each side with four chimneys. The top section plan depicts an interior view of the two-story building with rooms denoted by letters A-K. The rotunda is supported by columns and a wooden frame. The bottom elevation shows an exterior view of the building lined with windows on both floors. Made for the Capitol Drawing Competition held by the United States government in 1792.
