Blizzard of 1922, Saturday afternoon

Description

Street scene of shoppers waiting for a trolley at Howard Street and Lexington Street in Baltimore, Maryland, during the blizzard of 1922. Also known as the "Knickerbocker" storm, this nor'easter brought record snowfall to the Baltimore region, with areas seeing up to 24 inches of snow in 24 hours.
