Dancing women of Goucher College

Women from Goucher College dancing in costume. From a series of photographs by the Baltimore, Maryland, photographer Emily Spencer Hayden featuring students from Goucher College performing “Cupid and Psyche.” A note on back of one of the photographs states that the women’s performance stopped traffic on Edmondson Avenue. The students were likely part of a group called the “Dickens Club.”
