Photo Mysteries by Joseph Kohl: Solved.

Way back in 2013, underbelly readers helped us solve this photo mystery:

Wilcox is wearing a T-shirt from the legendary Marble Bar, Baltimore's answer to CBGB's. The venue was located in the basement of the Congress Hotel (300 block, West Franklin Street) in the late 1970's and early '80s and was perhaps the only venue in the city to host Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Iggy Pop, REM, and the Talking Heads under one roof.
