Library Appointment Request Form

Please use this form to request a research visit for Special Collections materials in the H. Furlong Baldwin Library. Special Collections include manuscripts, photographs, maps, and other unique materials. Appointment requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance of your requested visit date.

Note: The library is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Special Collections appointments are available Wednesdays through Fridays and the second Saturday of each month. Due to current capacity limits, if you have need for a multi-day research visit, we ask you to please limit your visit at this time to a maximum of two consecutive days.
