Description

Oral history interview with Baltimore City Councilwoman Barbara Mikulski about citizen responses to the highway plan developed for Baltimore, Maryland, known as the East-West Expressway. Mikulski discusses community opposition to highway plans, the Rosemont community, the Fells Point neighborhood, and the established principle of talking to those potentially affected by the highway.
