Camp Hutzler ice cream tent

Description

A view of a group of people standing in front of a tent with ice cream for sale at Camp Hutzler. Established by Albert and Joel Hutzler, of the Baltimore-based Hutzler's department store, the camp ran from 1921 to 1923. From July through September, employees of Hutzler's could go to the camp, located in the Patapsco Forest Preserve in Ellicott City, Maryland, and enjoy leisure time with their families.
