View of the Higman Mill located in Millington, Maryland. The building is reflected in the water of the Chester River. Also known as the Massey Mill and Gilpin's Mill, this flour and grist mill was in operation from 1763 until 1954 and is the only existing 18th century mill structure in Kent County, Maryland.
