House in Annapolis
Description
Annapolis street scene showing a two-story house with yellow clapboard on first floor, a brown-shingled second floor and roof with dormer windows. To the right is a one-story gray building with open door and a two-story red building. A red brick sidewalk is lain in front of the houses underneath a cloudy blue sky. This painting is attributed to Thomas Ruckle Sr (1776-1853), a house and sign painter and amateur artist.
