Broadside setting out a history of legal proceedings over the course of nearly ten years stemming from an initial dispute over payment to a ship's captain for transporting a shipload of convicts to Maryland, the court's judgment in that case, and the subsequent passing of Bills of Exchange for that judgment through several parties' hands.
