Letter from Jacqueline Kennedy to John Gilman D'Arcy Paul thanking him for sending her a copy of the book "Notes on the Customs of Cambodia" that Paul had printed in English. The letter is typed except for Paul's name at the top, and Kennedy's name at the bottom, which she handwrote in pen.

Full transcription: December 16, 1967

Dear Mr. Paul I do want to thank you for your thoughtfulness in sending me a copy of "Notes on the Customs of Cambodia" by Chou Ta-kuan.

It is so wonderful that you had this translation printed and I have read the account with the greatest of interest.

I do appreciate your remembering me and send the very best wishes.
