Noua Terrae-Mariae tabula

Description

Noua Terrae-Mariae tabula, also known as "Lord Baltimore's map," appeared in John Ogilby's atlas "America" published in 1671. This map is based on an earlier map by Thomas Cecil, which appeared in "A Relation of Maryland," published in 1635. The Calvert coat of arms is displayed at top right.
