Pannier

Description

Hand-sewn pannier panel to be worn on one side of hip under a skirt to provide shape. Semi-circular hoops with stiff boning. The name "Hollyday" is written in pencil on the bottom edge. Traditionally, two panniers would be worn, one on each hip.
