Description

Baltimore album quilt, made by Amanda M. Porter, features floral and maritime designs. The block, featuring a sailing vessel depicts the Maryland schooner "Albion," which was owned by Thomas Lamdin. The creator's husband, William Porter, sailed on this vessel.
