Group portrait of servers at Baltimore, Maryland's Women's Industrial Exchange, a nonprofit organization founded in 1880 providing local people with opportunities to earn money by selling handmade items to the public. The Women's Industrial Exchange ran a shop and a Tea Room while also providing instruction in cooking and needlework.
