The house where Reverend R. Strawbridge died, and from the yard, of which his funeral took place

Description

A print depicting the house where Methodist preacher Rev. R. Strawbridge died. The yard in front of the house is full of mourners attending the Reverend's funeral. Strawbridge is considered the pioneer of Methodism in America, bringing it from his home country of Ireland to Maryland in the 1760s.
