The last moments of Lincoln, 15th April 1865

Description

Photographic print of a painting depicting President Abraham Lincoln's final hours on April 15, 1865. Lincoln lays on his deathbed in the Petersen House in Washington, D.C., while twenty people stand around him and look on. Recognizable in the group is his wife Mary Todd Lincoln, his eldest son Robert Todd, Senator Charles Sumner, and three doctors.
