Tivoli grounds

Description

View of the grounds of Tivoli, located at 1301 Woodbourne Avenue in northeast Baltimore, Maryland. Tivoli was the summer home of Enoch Pratt from 1870 until his death in 1896, and then it became home to Charles S. Abell, an owner of the Baltimore Sun Papers. In 1925, Abell's wife gave the estate to a mental health treatment program for young adolescents and it became known as the Woodbourne Center.
