View of Pratt Street Pier 3 from Federal Hill

Description

Looking northwest from the Federal Hill neighborhood across the Inner Harbor at downtown Baltimore, Maryland. A tugboat passes in front of the southern end of Pratt Street Pier 3, where a vessel lies moored. At left is the Key Highway storage warehouse of the Baltimore Fidelity Warehouse Corporation. The Art Deco building in the background, located at 10 Light Street, was the tallest office building in the United States south of New York City when constructed in 1929.
