Yankee Clipper, Harbor Field

Description

The Yankee Clipper seaplane at Harbor Field, located in Baltimore and Dundalk, Maryland. Overseas passenger air service was provided from Harbor Field beginning in the 1930s. Harbor Field was replaced in 1950 by the new Friendship International Airport, which would later become known as Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
