$40 reward for Samuel Phillips

Description

A broadside describing Samuel Phillips, a runaway servant, and offering up to a forty dollar reward for his return. The reward amount increases depending upon how far from home Phillips is captured. A note at the bottom explains that "As [Phillips] can write, he may forge a pass."
