Bag

Description

This drawstring bag, constructed of paisley wool challis, was made by Elizabeth Patterson Bonaparte (1785-1879) for her great-niece, Mrs. W. Hall Harris (nee Alice Patterson) of Baltimore. The fabric came from one of Elizabeth's dresses. The bag was likely used to hold sewing materials.
