Hanging banner of wool, silk, and wood that reads "Remember Pearl Harbor Unite For Victory", ca. 1942-1945. "Remember Pearl Harbor" became a popular slogan and subject of numerous songs following the Japanese attack on the U.S. Naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December 7, 1941.

Notes

The donor, Sadell R. Ruths (1908-1996), was a lifelong Marylander. During World War II, she was a teacher in Baltimore. She is buried in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Baltimore, Maryland.
