Beverly Dorsey interview

Description

In this interview, Beverly Dorsey discusses the Vietnam War’s effect on the Waverly community of Baltimore, Maryland as well as the Baltimore Riots in 1968 and their aftermath. Dorsey also talks about race relations in the Waverly community, the Cold War and fear of nuclear attack, and the deterioration of the Waverly Community. The interview done as part of series of interviews related to the history of Northeast Baltimore conducted by high school students at Doris M. Johnson High School.
