Cover page for the pamphlet containing the address delivered by Severn Teackle Wallis as chairman of the art committee of private citizens appointed by the Maryland Legislature, upon the unveiling of sculptor William Henry Rinehart's statue of Chief Justice Roger Brooke Taney (1777-1864), of the United States Supreme Court. The statue was erected eight years after Taney's death.
