Hendin’s storefront

Description

An exterior view of Jay Dee Shoes and Hendin's Hollywood and New York Fashions store located, respectively, at 1727 and 1725 Pennsylvania Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. Hendin's was owned by Walter Hendin (1920-1970) and his brother. The store carried well-tailored, quality high fashion apparel and eventually moved to Mondawmin Mall in West Baltimore.
