Looking northwest across the Inner Harbor at downtown Baltimore, Maryland. Steamships line the municipally-owned Pratt Street Pier 1 at center as well as the Light Street wharves on the left. The tall spired building visible in the right background is the Hearst Tower Building, which stood at the southeast corner of East Baltimore and South Streets from 1911 to 1986 and housed the editorial and business offices of the "Baltimore News-American."
