Burlesque dancer Blaze Starr (1932-2015) poses in a black dress and feather boa in front of a sign for the 408 Show Bar in Baltimore, Maryland. Referred to as "The Block," the 400 block of East Baltimore Street was known for its adult entertainment establishments.
