Description

1860 Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver .31 Caliber with stagecoach scene on the cylinder. Serial number 173665. Inscribed Baltimore City Police. This weapon was the sidearm of officers serving under Police Mashall George P. Kane during the Pratt St. Riot, April 19th, 1861. Later belonged to the family shipbuilding firm C. Reeder and Sons.
