Washington College historical marker

Description

Historical marker located at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Brown Street on the Washington College campus in Chestertown, Maryland. Erected by the Society for the Preservation of Maryland Antiquities, the sign describes the founding of the college in 1782 and its connection to President George Washington.
